I'm not a coupon person, sorry, no help there. As for potty training, taking Carter to the store and having him pick out his new-awesome-super cool-totally rad underwear was a big deal to him. He wanted to wear them so bad, so it made potty training a little easier. Another big one was pointing out to him his friends that are already in underwear. He wanted to be just like his friends. The bribery thing really never worked for us.

Okay, potty training. Make sure your daughter is ready. I waited til my daughter was 3 and potty training was a breeze. If you do it when they are not ready it will take a lot longer. I made my daughter go around naked. (The house only, not in public.) She HATED it, but everytime she had to go, she would go on the potty. She hardly had any accidents. It was great! Good luck!

For FHEs:
Sugardoodle and this neat blog: http://nataliesfhespot.blogspot.com/

For potty training: it's a hit or miss thing; there's no magic formula because every kid is different. Try special books for her to read while on the toilet only, or a piece of candy or little present for every time she detects the need to go and goes, or let her run around naked/in underwear; there are plenty of books about potty training and the reason is that there's no one right way to do it. I think that ultimately it depends on Heather and how she feels about it. I've been potty training Clara since she was 2 and she's 3 and a half now and I can say that she's potty trained, but obviously she wasn't at two so it took me a LOT of time and patience. I'd say you wait a little longer, or give it a try and see if she's up for it, but if not don't waste your time quite yet.

Hey Cami - I gotta say, potty training is as much about training the parent as training the child. It's a sacrifice on both parts. Be consistent. Give her lots of opportunities to succeed at first, so she feels good about it. Good luck! Email me and I'll help you along the way!

I like hip2save.com I actually have quite a few listed on my blog that show me everytime they update. If you want to see them just go to chadjande.blogspot.com and leave a comment with your email address and I will invite you to our private blog. I have to tell you I am a diver too. Although I think recycle bin diving sounds a little better than dumpster diving considering it is only newspaper in there:) Couponing has become a new little hobby for me as well.

Potty training, ahhhh!!!! I have no advice. Kyla potty trained like a champ before she was two and Hunter is almost 2 1/2 and has absolutely no desire even with bribes. I have heard lots of people that have just waited until the kid was ready and it seemed to go way smoother. So if you think she is ready go for it and just be consistent. Good luck!

Small world! I found you on MMB, and subscribed, but Cassidy is my cousin! I live right by her! This is CRAZY!

Also! Both our kids must be around the same age, because I SHOULD start potty training my son...yikes!
